I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can work through life's challenges and discover your own strengths. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, families, and groups navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. Whether you're managing loneliness, processing difficult relationships, or facing unexpected changes, I draw on a diverse range of approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strength-based techniques—to meet you where you are. I'm affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and work with clients across the lifespan, from toddlers through elders. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept most major insurance plans. My practice is currently full, but I encourage you to reach out—I may be able to refer you to another qualified provider who's a good fit for your needs.
